Ormeasco di Pornassio

Our Ormeasco grows in the calcareous mountain soils of Pornassio, where limestone, marl, and schist create the distinctive terroir that defines this historic Ligurian wine.

A grape that only thrives because of where it struggles.

Ormeasco ripens late, at altitude, on mineral soil that gives it little. The result is a wine with real structure — dark, slightly bitter, built to age — that couldn't come from easier ground.

Taggiasca Olives

A native cultivar, grown on the highest terraces

Small and delicate, these olives produce an oil that is elegant and balanced, with soft notes of ripe fruit and almond.

“From vine to cork, every stage still done by hand.”

Harvest, fermentation, bottling, sealing — work here follows what the slope and the season allow, not a schedule.
